nicklpass Selected for Engage Cohort 17, Delivering Scalable AI Spend Tracking to Fortune 500s
PR Newswire
ATLANTA, Oct. 22, 2026
nicklpass, the Philadelphia-based SaaS management startup, joins Atlanta’s enterprise accelerator to enable license visibility and AI spend accountability to Fortune 500 corporations.
ATLANTA, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — nicklpass, the SaaS license management platform that adds visibility and accountability to out-of-control software spend, today announced its selection for Cohort 17 of Engage, the Atlanta-based enterprise accelerator and corporate partner network, backed by leading Southeast corporations.
nicklpass is one of eight startups chosen for the fall 2026 cohort. The team is honored to join a program known for connecting founders directly with a network of Fortune 500 enterprise leaders making company-wide buying decisions.
About the Engage Program
Engage runs a 10-week Enterprise Accelerator Program twice a year, in the spring and fall. Cohort 17 brings together eight startups from across the United States, working in AI, robotics, cybersecurity, logistics, and water reuse. Engage speaks with thousands of startups year-round and only selects a small cohort each season. nicklpass was selected for Cohort 17.
Participants build an enterprise sales playbook with direct access to senior leaders at Engage’s corporate partners, including The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Air Lines, The Home Depot, UPS, Goldman Sachs, Chick-fil-A, Georgia-Pacific and more. Engage has backed 122 portfolio companies, which have raised more than $3.1 billion in follow-on capital.
In-Person Sessions and Expected Outcomes
The program is hybrid and brings founders to Atlanta twice during the cohort for in-person sessions with corporate executives and fellow founders. In-person sessions will take place all throughout the end of 2026. nicklpass will use the program to:
- Refine its enterprise go-to-market strategy and sales playbook
- Meet IT, procurement, and finance leaders at Engage partner companies
- Explore pilot engagements with corporate partners
“Being selected for Engage is an honor and a real vote of confidence in what we’re building. Enterprises are adding software faster than ever, especially AI tools, and the teams paying for it deserve clear answers about what they own and what it’s worth. We’re excited to work alongside Engage’s corporate partners to bring that clarity to some of the largest and most important organizations in the country.”
— Sumorwuo Zaza, Co-Founder & CEO of nicklpass
Solving a Problem Every Enterprise Shares
Engage’s corporate partners are moving past AI as a feature and adopting it as infrastructure, with a focus on specific, high-stakes operational problems. Every new AI tool adds another subscription, and large organizations often lack a single view of what they pay for and who actually uses it.
nicklpass gives finance, IT, and procurement teams one place to see every SaaS subscription, track license usage, and assign clear ownership for each renewal. The result is fewer unused seats, fewer surprise renewals, and spending decisions backed by real usage data. By leveraging nicklpass’ usage visibility and bulk purchasing tools, companies have saved, on average, 30% of their software spend.
