FREDERICK, MD / ACCESS Newswire / September 18, 2026 / D.R. Horton’s Maryland division will celebrate the grand opening of Summervale, a premier master-planned community in Frederick, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Located near Old Frederick Road and easily accessible to Interstate 70, Summervale reflects Frederick’s continued growth and increasing demand for thoughtfully designed neighborhoods offering convenience, connection and an active lifestyle.
