The Providence Group, a subsidiary of Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NYSE: GRBK), received multiple honors at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 2026 OBIE Awards, including the Gold OBIE for Master-Planned Community of the Year for Waterside in Peachtree Corners.

Presented October 24, the awards recognize excellence in new-home construction, community development, sales and marketing throughout Metro Atlanta. The Providence Group was honored across community planning, home design, branding, sales leadership, design leadership, and community service.
